Another new gardening/lifestyle show, encouraging us to turf ourselves off the sofa and into the back yard to pop some decking in.
Only it doesn't, because the trance/house soundtrack and edgy modern graphics lull you into an instant state of siesta-dom. The words 'tranquillity', 'nature' and 'light' flash up on screen as DJ Titchmarsh spins chill-out tunes. OK, I lied about that last bit.
Tonight, the glamorous Rachel de Thame heads to a house near Alexandra Palace to give the urban garden an Australian-cum-Italian paradise feel.
