In a figure-hugging peach creation, her hair swept up in a chignon, Victoria Beckham seemed at her most elegant arriving at a London restaurant on husband David's arm.

But as she disappeared inside, the rear view provided a somewhat less sophisticated effect.

Emblazoned on the back of her polonecked top were the words: Chocolate, Champagne, Alcohol.

Judging by her ever-decreasing figure, however, 31-year-old Mrs Beckham has not been indulging heavily in such calorific treats.

Even Size Six clothes have to be taken in for her nowadays, although her chest retains its impressive dimensions.

This is thanks to the fact, apparently confirmed in papers for a forthcoming libel case revealed at the weekend, that it has been surgically enhanced.

The peach outfit was made by an unidentified designer whom the former Posh Spice met in Madrid.

She chose it simply because 'she liked the words', said a friend.
