Julia Morris stunned fans when she debuted a slimmed-down new look last month on the latest season of I'm a Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here!

And now an insider has claimed that co-host Robert Irwin can take some credit for the 57-year-old's unmistakable glow.

The source says that the 22-year-old Wildlife Warrior has become a reliable source of emotional support and fitness advice for the TV veteran.

'Robert has been there for Julia a lot,' the insider said in the new edition of Woman's Day.

According to the source, Robert 'supported' Julia when the comedian had back-to-back crises in 2024, when she was diagnosed with ADHD, followed by a cancer scare.

The insider added: '[Robert] has also proven to be a confidant whenever [Julia] gets down about the breakdown of her marriage to husband Dan Thomas, which was in 2021.'

'People have been commenting on her weight loss as well, and that's because she's not only been inspired by Robert's fitness and diet regimen, but he's been helping her along with it.

'Plus, she also says working with a very clever young man has put a spring in her step!'

Elsewhere, the source said that Julia has been a source of support for Robert, 'mentoring' him in his career decisions.

They also revealed that Julia flew to Los Angeles to cheer Robert on during his triumphant Dancing With the Stars US victory in November.

It comes after the host says she has sworn off dating following her 2021 split from her husband after 16 years of marriage.

'Happiness is leaking out of me now. People say, "Have you met someone?" and I say, "Absolutely not – and that's why I look so great!"' Julia told TV Week.

She added she was happy with where she was in life and had no plans to get into another relationship.

'I have no desire to meet anyone, ever! I had a lot of life before I got married – too much, to be fair – and then I married at 35 and had a different life. Now I get to have another life all over again,' she said.

Julia revealed her priorities had changed and she was now committed to being there for her two children, Ruby, 18, and Sophie, 16.

'I'm definitely the happiest I've ever been, but I didn't know I'd feel like that when I stepped into this journey four years ago,' she said.

'In the past few years my marriage broke up, I lost my dad and Dr Chris Brown resigned from the jungle. All my guys! But that's the ebb and flow of life, isn't it?

'You have to sit in it, there's no fast track. You can't play the blame game. Be a little self-reflective and make personal changes.'

In July 2024, Julia hinted on The Kyle & Jackie O Show that her split from Dan was acrimonious, but refused to go into any more detail about the divorce.

'Oh look, there's always more to the story [behind the split],' she told hosts Kyle Sandilands and Jackie 'O' Henderson at the time.

'I don't want to disrespect him [Dan] and his life, and mostly I don't want to disrespect my children by really opening up Pandora's box.'
