As Nick Reiner sits in a Los Angeles jail cell awaiting charges in connection with allegations he murdered parents Rob and Michele Reiner, troubling details about the would be-Hollywood heir continue to surface.
Nick, 32, in a 2017 interview on the podcast Dopey, explained how he stole money from his parents to pay for a sex worker when he was anxious to lose his virginity.
Nick said that he had been a young teenager at the time, and was scanning profiles on Craigslist when he saw a picture of a woman's rear end that caught his attention.
'I was just looking at the different profiles, and this one [was] just an a** shot - that's the only thing that was her profile picture - and it had a number,' Nick said on the podcast.
Nick said that he drew upon knowledge he once gained from a fellow patient in a rehab facility to go through with the gambit.
'I called her and some kid that I met at outpatient rehab told me you could do this - that's how I knew how to do it,' Nick said.

Nick appeared to remember small details from the series of events leading to his first time having intercourse - which involved stealing the money to pay the sex worker from his loved ones.
'I think I was watching Tom and Jerry or something and I went over to my computer and got this woman's number,' he said. 'I called her up when I was about 14 or something and her going rate was about $200.
'This is the part of the story that I don't usually tell, but I'll tell it anyways I got $200 from my parents.'
Nick said that because of the nature of what he needed the money for, he was uncomfortable asking for the money, preferring to just steal it instead.
'I didn't say, "Hey, look, I'm going to [pay for sex] tonight - do you think you have an extra $200?"' Nick said.
Nick said that the woman eventually arrived at around 1 AM, and even though he didn't think she was 'a good-looking chick,' he 'tried to kiss her' but she 'didn't want that.'
Nick said that despite a few more complications - he estimated the sexual encounter lasted about '15 seconds' - he enjoyed the experience immensely, leading to his addictive side cropping up.
'I didn't care because I was young and I was like, "This is awesome,"' he said of his first encounter. 'I kind of felt like s*** but I was like, "That's awesome."

He added, 'Then I realized I had more money on me and I called her back,' leading the woman to return for 'a second time' which he estimated lasted about '30 seconds.'
Nick said that despite the intimacy, he never bothered asking the woman what her name was and 'never really got into any specifics of anything.'
He added, 'Somewhere along the way when I used to tell this, someone dubbed her as Cherry Red, so that's what I go by, as Cherry Red.'
Nick said that he had been under the influence of 'a pot brownie' on the occasion and 'was extremely blazed' but 'still would have done it if [he] was sober.'
Nick had been a frequent caller to the podcast, which dubs itself a collection of 'candid tales of addiction, recovery, and humor.'

Rob Reiner told the AP in a 2016 interview that making the motion picture with Nick 'forced us to understand ourselves better than we had.'
The filmmaker added, 'I told Nick while we were making it, I said, "You know it doesn’t matter, whatever happens to this thing, we won already. This has already been good." We've worked through a lot of stuff.'
Nick told People in 2016 interview that he had been to rehab on 17 occasions at that time, when he was 22-years-old.
Nick said that he had been confronted by family with the ultimatum of entering rehab or hitting the streets on multiple occasions - at times, choosing the latter.
'If I wanted to do it my way and not go to the programs they were suggesting, then I had to be homeless,' Nick said. 'I spent nights on the street. I spent weeks on the street. It was not fun.'
