In one, she showed off a soft smile while wearing a hijab, and in another she appeared to look at the camera while lying in a hospital bed.

Maryam wore a hospital gown in the latter picture and had what looked like a ventilator tube taped into her mouth.

In a follow-up Insta Stories post, Ali shared a photo of what appeared to be his twin sons shortly after his late wife delivered them.

They laid side by side on blankets and were dressed in pajamas decorated with teddy bear designs, while their faces were obscured by heart emojis.

'Alhamudlillah, both little babies are completely safe,' read a translated version of Ali's caption.

'Please avoid spreading false rumors, and pray for our dear Maryam,' he added.

Maryam and Ali regularly posted on several social media platforms, including Instagram and TikTok, and they shared video content on YouTube.

The couple's most recent YouTube video was posted 11 days earlier, and it had several recent comments from fans paying tribute to Maryam.

Ali, who had previously posted YouTube videos with his wife referencing her health complications in recent weeks and months, also shared a photo of their two baby boys and wrote that they were in good health

They referenced Maryam's health struggles in a video from August titled, 'Need Prayers For My Health🥺 || Again Hospital.'

Maryam's death follows just over two months after the 'low tox' nutritionist and influencer Stacey Warnecke (née Hatfield) also died in childbirth.

Warnecke died suddenly on September 29 after experiencing an 'extremely rare complication' following a home birth.

A statement from her devastated husband, Nathan Warnecke, revealed that she was able to hold her newborn son Axel before her death, but she 'was only able to experience the joy for a few short moments'.
