Rihanna fans react to A$AP Rocky's hint that they are secretly MARRIED

Rihanna and A$AP Rocky fans are speculating that they are married after the rapper alluded to it in a new interview with Elle magazine.

The 37-year-old singer and 36-year-old rapper have been in a relationship for five years and share two sons: RZA, three, and Riot, two.

Rihanna is currently pregnant with their third child, whom A$AP says they're 'praying' is a girl.

Asked by journalist Clover Hope if he looks forward to being a husband, the Harlem-bred music artist quipped, 'How you know I'm not already a husband?'

But he played coy as he laughed and followed up, 'I'm still not gonna confirm it.'

Fans took to social media to share their opinions on whether or not the power couple has actually tied the knot.

One person wrote on X, 'They are not married. They like freedom.'

Someone else rationalized why the lovebirds might want to keep their business under wraps.

'I don't understand what the secret would be about if Rihanna and A$AP are married,' she reasoned. 'They [have] kids and everyone [has] been happy for them, so why hide being married?'

The social media user, whose handle is @Adore_Shay, added, 'Sometimes celebrities just wanna keep something to themselves maybe? I don't know.'

In his cover story interview, the Fashion Killa hitmaker, real name Rakim Mayers, predicted and hoped out loud that the couple's third baby will be a girl.

He said, 'I hope it’s a girl. I really do. We’re praying for a girl. Our first time, we wanted to know the sex of the baby. The second time, we didn’t want to know. Third time, we don’t want to know until, you know.'

And the proud dad added, 'I feel like it’s going to be a girl. This pregnancy is so different from the other two. You can tell from the experience. I hope it’s a baby girl, man. I need that.'

A fan wrote under Elle's promotional Instagram post, 'I love how excited he is about the possibility of a girl and how much he seems to be relishing the family life. It's great to see!'

Message: A$AP rocked a gold grill that proposed, 'Marry me?'

A$AP said in the magazine profile that there was 'no longevity' in his former rock star lifestyle, which included a rotation of women.

He affirmed, 'What’s really fly is raising a family, bro, and loving them. Being there.'

Rihanna and A$AP initially teased that they had potentially tied the knot in the rapper's 2022 D.M.B. music video.

The duo acted out a wedding ceremony with the Bajan songstress donning a blood-red wedding dress and veil.

And her beau flashed gold grills that read 'Marry Me' while she wore a corresponding set reading, 'I do.'

The song, an ode to the Fenty mogul, contains the lyrics: 'I was lost then but I found you / Little slim thick with a bounce too.'

And the soon-to-be dad-of-three also refers to the billionaire businesswoman as his 'angel' and 'goddess.'
