It seems that Sophie Monk has struck quite the chord with American reality fans.

The blonde bombshell, 45, has been busy in Fiji, hosting the seventh season of Love Island USA Aftersun.

With filming on the Peacock spin-off series now wrapped, Sophie took to Instagram this week to document her final days of filming, and fans are sad to see her go.

'This is just too much. You are just made for the sea, baby,' husband Joshua Gross could be heard saying off-camera.

Sophie then explained that she was improvising with the outerwear, given she didn't bring a hat.

'It's not just the hat, it's the whole vibe,' Joshua replied.

She also shared a series of short videos that showed her flaunting her sartorial style on the Love Island set.

One clip showed Sophie cooling off between takes with a handheld fan while wearing a stunning pink sleeveless dress.

Another saw Sophie flaunting her beach-ready body in a classic plain white bikini.

Posing on a daybed with a flower tucked behind her ear, the self-effacing reality star said: 'Do you think I'm posing too much?'

Fans, followers and crew were quick to bid Sophie a fond farewell, with many telling the star they were sad to see her leave.

'I'm going to miss you,' Sophie's Love Island stylist Kim Brannigan commented.

Love Island Australia star Callum Hole also chimed in with: 'I'm having withdrawals already.'

One fan summed up the sentiment of many with: 'I’m going to miss you on Aftersun!!!!!' while Sophie added: 'Aw, I enjoyed it so much.'

'Such a beauty and so down to earth keep enjoying life cheers Sophie,' another said.

The spin-off of the raunchy dating series, which airs in Australia on Stan, saw Sophie interview dumped Islanders as well as past contestants in a talk show setting.

She replaced previous Aftersun host Maura Higgins, who featured as a contestant on Love Island USA and Love Island UK.

Sophie, who has hosted the Aussie iteration of Love Island since 2018, is readying to star in season 7, which is set to appear on Nine later in 2025.

The host and singer has previously revealed it hasn't always been easy sailing for her admitting she almost quit show business.

Speaking to Daily Mail Australia in 2019, Sophie admitted it was tough for her when she was starting out in entertainment.

'I think when I was younger I was trying to be everything everyone else wanted me to be in the industry,' Sophie said.

Sophie initially shot to fame as part of pop band Bardot from 2000 to 2002.

Although her star continued to rise, Sophie said she found the cutthroat showbiz industry difficult to handle and almost walked away altogether.

'Back then it was tough, I felt a little bit misunderstood,' she admitted, adding that it made her think twice about her career choice.

'So I said either get out of the industry or have fun. You know what, take it on. A lot of people would love to be in it. I just kind of fell in it,' she explained.
