Popstars Hazel is given her marching orders
Pregnant Dubliner Hazel Kaneswaran has been given her marching orders from Popstars: The Rivals - despite making it into the show's final ten.
According to reports, judges discovered the 25-year-old was over the age limit for entering the contest by a mere ten days and have been forced into ejecting her from the talent contest.
Viewers will see Hazel make it to the finals on next Saturday's show. But a second show will be screened on Sunday showing judge Geri Halliwell travelling to Hazel's Dublin home to give her the devastating news that she will have to leave.
Now a rejected contestant will have to be picked to join the other nine girls who have made it to the final round.
Rumours abound that chiefs at record company Polydor may be considering offering a solo contract to Hazel, who returned to Ireland last week to await the birth of her first child.
