Dr Chris Brown stunned listeners on Wednesday morning after he revealed the shocking amount of time he spends on his mobile each day.
The celebrity vet, 46, appeared on Nova's Fitzy & Wippa with Kate Ritchie and stunned the hosts by revealing how often he uses his phone.
'I thought six hours and 45 minutes a day from Kate Ritchie was appalling! Then I realised I was six hours 50 minutes, nearly seven hours of screen time a day,' an embarrassed Chris told the hosts.
A shocked Kate Ritchie then asked Chris how he found the time to use his phone so much given his busy lifestyle, and he responded that he always used it outside of work.
'It's first thing in the morning and before bed and a break during the day. I have to ration it out to get my highs, can't use it all it once,' he said.
'New Idea, Woman's Day! I'm checking to see who I've been paired with.'

Chris said that the interest in who he is seeing adds pressure that he wants to avoid and so he won't go public with someone until he's sure they're the one.
'It's hard enough to meet the right person anyway, but that extra layer of that speculation and that interest... Once you're actually in a relationship, it's easy.
'But it's actually meeting that person at the start that's really hard, because you could potentially be on your first date, and get photographed,' he told Stellar.
The television host explained that his dating life is kept shrouded until the romance developed enough to survive the outside speculation.

Chris previously revealed he is 'horrified' that he isn't married with children at his age.
The former I'm a Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here! host and celebrity vet told Stellar magazine: 'If you'd told me at 20 I'd be unmarried and without kids I probably would've been horrified.'
Chris split with longtime girlfriend Liv Phyland in 2019 and was last linked to stunning Sydney model Brooke Meredith from 2020 until 2022 - although they were rarely seen together - and they are believed to have broken up late in 2022.
