'I'm getting better with age,' says Cameron Diaz as she poses in a gaping snakeskin top
She may be approaching 40, but Cameron Diaz has made it clear she isn't concerned about getting older.
In fact the blonde bombshell, who stars in the upcoming comedy Bad Teacher, believes that she is only becoming better with age.
Appearing on the cover of next month's Cosmopolitan magazine in a racy open-sided dress, the Charlie's Angel star talks candidly about how she views her life now.

On the sexy cover shot for the magazine the 38-year-old is seen showing her toned waist and in a gaping snakeskin print top.
'I think you get better as you age. You know what you want, and you become stronger mentally, emotionally and physically,' she tells Cosmopolitan's June issue.
'But also, things have happened recently that have pushed me to grow. My father died, and having gone through that really made me think about my life and how I want to live it.'
In the interview the feisty Gangs of New York actress says she would never change the way she behaves for a man or anyone else.
'I don't care what other people think,' said Diaz who is known for her death-defying hobbies like sky diving and swimming with sharks without a cage.
'It's my life, I live it the way I want to,' she added.
The There's Something About Mary star is best friends with Drew Barrymore who told the magazine about her kamikaze streak.
'She's my sister but we bro out and have crazy adventures. I always know that she is game. Most people don't know this but she's very edgy,' said Barrymore, 36.

When swimming with sharks in Tahiti the friends were not protected by the usual metal cage: 'There was no cage,' said Barrymore, who owns a production company called Flower Films.
'We need no cage,' she added.
Diaz is currently appearing in the new movie Bad Teacher, where she plays the pot-smoking, oversexed teacher Elizabeth who's saving up cash for a boob job.
The Charlie's Angel admitted enjoying being allowed to be rude to kids during the filming.
'The best thing was getting to abuse children, none of whom were harmed during the filming,' she joked.
Diaz has a string of Hollywood hotties as ex-boyfriends and she's been dating baseball superstar Alex Rodriguez (aka A-Rod) for over a year.
Rumours are swirling for her marriage and possible babies but the Being John Malkovich actress seems in no rush.
'Marriage hasn't been important to me,' she said.
'And you can't have a child just because you think it's something you are supposed to do.'
