My Kitchen Rules judge Colin Fassnidge slams rivals Married At First Sight and The Block as 'all fighting'
Colin Fassnidge has slammed rival reality shows Married At First Sight and The Block for their frequent drama.
The My Kitchen Rules judge says viewers flock to his cooking series because it doesn't focus on warring contestants and the new season continue that trend.
'It is a more wholesome, fun show, unlike the Block, which is all fighting, and MAFS, which is all fighting' the chef tells the Herald Sun.
'I've seen the cast and we have some funny, fun people, some good characters, some really nice people, some good stories. It is going to be good.'
Fassnidge added that Channel Seven's My Kitchen Rules has previously had strong ratings - and that speaks for itself.

'All I will say is last year was so good — we beat The Block — that people want more, they want more,' he said.
The beloved TV chef has also joined the cast of Better Homes and Gardens for 2024.
He will replace outgoing chef and presenter 'Fast Ed' Halmagyi, who departed the Channel Seven lifestyle program after 20 years in 2023.
'Working on Better Homes and Gardens really feels like coming home. I've been friends with Johanna ever since I started at Channel 7, and the rest of the cast and I get on like a house on fire,' Fassnidge said in a statement.

'I can't wait to get out on the road and travel around this beautiful country, cooking with some of the best and freshest produce in the world,' he said.
The Dublin-born presenter promised to bring his 'passion, humour and cheeky Irish flair' to the series as he shows viewers how to create 'simple, quick and affordable recipes that everyone can make and enjoy at home'.
Speaking to 7LIFE, Fassnidge admitted that filling Fast Ed's shoes would be a challenge.
'It's a little bit scary, but it's a good challenge and a lot of fun as well. This show means a lot of things to a lot of people,' he said.
