Longoria is Mexican-American, and can trace her roots back to Spain when one of her ancestors travelled to the Americas from there 400 years ago. The foodie emphasis of the show is how Longoria gets to the soul of Spain - through the regional cuisines that are oozing with flavour, history and passion.
