Played by the show's creator Jamie Demetriou, Stath Charalambos is the inept letting agent whose ceaseless wittering during viewings doesn't translate to good business.
Demetriou's show has picked up three BAFTAs and the secret of its success isn't just Stath's disarming stupidity, but the grounded way that the series celebrates characters who aren't half as successful as they want to be.
In many ways, the show is so unassuming that it's easy to miss, but by the time the third series came along, everyone had come round to Stath, his sister Sophie (played by Jamie's real-life sister Natasia, from What We Do In The Shadows) and their shouty dad Vasos (Christos Stergioglou).
