Some people aren't made for office jobs and Guy Martin is one of them. He made his name in motorcycle racing - if it's hard and heavy, he can drive it or fix it. Now he's swapping his oil-slicked overalls for different workwear, starting with the waterproofs, life vest and wellies of a trawlerman.

His hometown of Grimsby hasn't had a thriving fishing industry since the 1970s, when it was one of the busiest fishing ports in the world, so Guy heads south to Brixham in Devon. He's not thinking about the seasickness, the hardship, or showering in the same room as the tiny toilet. He's more fascinated by the 'machinery, brackets and poles' than any of that. He does have 'feelings' for the fish, though, when it comes to gutting them.

The animal lover will likely feel more at home on his second job, working as a wildlife warden on the Calf of Man, the little brother of the Isle of Man in the Irish sea. His final job is as a mountain rescue dog handler in the Highlands of Scotland. And he does get one gig in his Grimsby hometown, joining the firefighters at Peaks Lane Fire Station. A second series follows Martin on RNLI lifeboat crews, down a mine, farming cows and rescuing trucks. (Two series)
