Coleen Nolan was told that she was 'bang out of order' for a swipe she aimed at one of her Loose Women co-stars during Wednesday's episode of Loose Women.

The 60 year old returned to our screens for the latest episode of the ITV show alongside Christine Lampard, 46, Brenda Edwards, 56, and Jane Moore, 63.

The Loose ladies got chatting about the latest headlines, including a news story about how 'we are a nation obsessed with bins'.

Christine jokingly said: 'Are you obsessed with your bins? And I look to you Brenda because I know you are!'

'I wouldn't call it obsession, I call it organisation,' Brenda told her. 'It means a lot to me because I think that it is important for the environment to make sure that we've got things in the right places.

'So, yes I have, with the kids, told them "This is the bin for the food", I've put my biodegradable liner in there so that it's nice and clean.

'Then I was finding teabags and everything in there... So I kind of moved to a waste disposal for that.

'My food that can go down there, goes down there, or I recycle that into the garden.'

She then explained that she has done that because of where she lives, she has had a lot of foxes going into her rubbish and making a bit of a mess outside her house.

Brenda, who has three bins in her household, continued: 'What I tried to do with my organisation was that there were two separate bins in my kitchen, so that you can make it easier...

'So you put the paper in the back one, and you put the food in the front one.'

But Coleen was very unimpressed with what she was talking about and asked her: 'Do you talk like this with your new chap?'

Brenda told her: 'He's very good with the organisation. He's likes my organisation.'

Coleen then asked: 'Is that what you have in common? Does he collect bins?'

'Coleen, that's bang out of order,' Brenda told her.

Luckily Brenda did find it funny and the pair continued to giggle away as Jane carried on with the discussion.

Back in November 2025, Brenda revealed she had been in a secret relationship for the last year.

The telly star took to Instagram and shared a photo of herself linking hands with an unseen man on their first anniversary.

She wrote: 'A year ago, you walked into my life with laughter in your beautiful eyes and so much unconditional love in your heart and every day since has been that much brighter.

'Your humor makes the ordinary magical, your love makes the difficult easy, and your steady spirit makes me feel safe enough to dream bigger than I already do, even silence feels like music, and every moment feels like we have known each other for years! You just get it!

'So here's to us, one year of laughter, love, and balance, and a lifetime still waiting to be written. I can't wait to keep turning pages with you, hand in hand, side by side, back to back, heart to heart. Love you Boy'.

Months prior, Brenda had teased that she had found a new man.

During an appearance on Loose Women, she revealed: 'I did have a holiday recently, with somebody...'

After the revelation prompted a chorus of 'oooohs' from the lunchtime talk show's live studio audience, Brenda added: 'That's all you're getting!

'Apart from, I will say you know I think that it is quite nice. Opposites do attract. I do believe that.'

Asked if boundaries were in place early on in their relationship, the actress replied: 'Not rules as such, but we do have common interests, and I think that's important because then you don't mind if they want to go and do something

'It's all about communication with it, and I think that's key, and I'm enjoying having that sort of communication.'

Loose Women airs weekdays from 12:30pm on ITV1 and is available to stream on ITVX.
