London pipped the Welsh coastal regions as having the most unfriendly people in the survey
London has Britain's best food, entertainment and nightlife but the least-friendly locals, according to a poll of UK travellers out today.
The UK capital pipped the Welsh coastal regions as having the most unfriendly people in the survey by travel website TripAdvisor.
While also having the best accommodation, London was considered the third rowdiest place for behaviour, with Blackpool and Brighton taking the top two places in this category.

The friendliest locals are to be found in the Scottish Highlands and islands, with people in the Yorkshire Dales and Cornwall also particularly pally
Favourite location is Cornwall followed by the Scottish Highlands and islands, the Lake District, London and the Yorkshire Dales
The most boring spot is the Norfolk Broads, followed by Blackpool Pleasure Beach, Bournemouth and Poole in Dorset, Dartmoor and the Chilterns
Best value destination is Blackpool Pleasure Beach followed by Cornwall
The Scottish Highlands and islands are the best place to get away from it all, followed by the Lake District and Cornwall
Cornwall is considered best for families followed by Blackpool Pleasure Beach and the English Riviera.

TripAdvisor said that "staycation" holidays, where cash-strapped tourists choose to take trips close to home, were on the increase.
TripAdvisor Europe communications director Luke Fredberg said: "People who have opted for a "staycation" have the chance to discover what a huge diversity of holiday destinations are available in this country."
"Ranging from the peace and tranquillity of the Scottish Highlands to the buzz and excitement of a city like London. The weather may not always be kind, but with so much choice it does not really seem to matter."
