Once you have passed through the rather dusty exterior of the hotel, the apartment complex is very pleasing on the eye. The entertainment for the children and adults (if you like that sort of thing) was good.
Staff were friendly and relaxed. The pool areas were very attractive and well landscaped, but people leaving towels on sun beds was even more of a problem than usual.
Problem 1 was no hot water between 5.00p.m. and 8.00p.m. (because "a lot of people use the showers at this time"!) and problem 2 was the cochroach infestation in our 2nd floor room that was not dealt with with any degree of urgency or real care.
In the event we moved, but anyone considering moving accommodation in the middle of a holiday should be aware it will involve losing part of that holiday.
