Where diseases have been asterisked (*) immunisation against them is recommended in certain circumstances, and you should seek further advice from your GP or a travel clinic.
HAITI
Compulsory vaccinations: yellow fever certificate required if arriving from infected areas.
Recommended immunisations: *diphtheria, hepatitis A, *hepatitis B, malaria, polio, *TB, tetanus, typhoid.
Health risks: malaria exists all year in forested areas of Gros Morne, Hinche, Maissade, Chantal and Jacmel. Risk is low in other areas. Rabies.
HONDURAS
Compulsory vaccinations: yellow fever certificate required if arriving from infected areas.
Recommended immunisations: *diphtheria, hepatitis A, *hepatitis B, malaria, polio, *TB, tetanus, typhoid.
Health risks: malaria risk is high and widespread all year. Risk is highest in the sanitary region VI, including in the Islas De La Bahia. Risk is low in Tegucigalpa and San Pedro Sula. Rabies.
HONG KONG
Compulsory vaccinations: none.
Recommended immunisations: *diphtheria, *hepatitis A, *hepatitis B, *polio, *TB, tetanus, *typhoid.
Health risks: malaria is considered not to exist in urban and most rural areas.
HUNGARY
Compulsory vaccinations: none.
Recommended immunisations: none, however check you have up-to-date tetanus and polio immunisations.
