Three UK hotels win awards at the Oscars of the spa and pool industry
The 'Oscars' of the spa and pool industry has crowned three UK hotels as having some of the UK's best spa features.
The UK Pool & Spa Awards, which took place last night, is one of the industry’s largest national events.
It celebrates some of the most prestigious projects related to spas and pools - both public and private.
The Old Inn, Manor House Hotel and Homewood Hotel are the UK hotels that took home prestigious titles.
The awards saw 250 entries in this year's contest, many of these being private pools in people's homes.
Hosted by water leisure experts Waterland Media, the 15th edition of the Awards welcomed 250 entries from 75 companies.
The Old Inn
This spa offers a secluded stay in Northern Ireland, with an outdoor pool and a hot tub
The Old Inn Vitality Spa by One Pool & Spa is located in Crawfordsburn Country Park in Northern Ireland.
It won in the category of sunken or semi-sunken hot tub project of the year - by the company One Pool & Spa.
It offers guests unrivalled forest views for a peaceful rural retreat, with a hot outdoor pool and hot tub.
There's also a sauna and steam room, as well as heated waterbeds in a covered cabana - plus, it boasts heated marble loungers for a truly luxurious experience.
Manor House Hotel
The Manor House Hotel's spa is a perfect option if you're seeking some relaxation
Manor House Hotel Vitality Spa by One Pool & Spa is the next addition to the list.
It also won in the category of sunken or semi-sunken hot tub project of the year - by the company One Pool & Spa.
It has Instagram-worthy hanging daybeds and a swim-up bar, as well as a spa garden.

Homewood Hotel
Homewood Hotel's spa provides a sauna and outdoor pool in beautiful surroundings
Homewood Hotel's luxurious spa, designed by Buckingham Pools, is located near Bath.
Homeward Hotel won best swimming pool in a hospitality setting, by Buckingham Pools.
It's described as 'eclectic, luxurious, and full of charm; think a grand Georgian country house surrounded by golden leaves, creative artworks, and modern indulgences.'
You can enjoy the cosy spa or the heated outdoor pool- whatever floats your boat.
This year, Residential Pools saw 78 entries from 24 different businesses, Commercial Pools attracted 19 entries from 12 companies and Hot Tubs saw 36 entries from 18 companies.
Christina Connor, managing director of the organisers, Waterland Media, said: 'The UKPSA team is very humbled by the sustained support for an event that was devised to promote individual companies and collectively, the water leisure industry as a whole.'
She added: 'The public voting has seen a stampede this year. The contest has certainly not just met but exceeded its founding goals.
