We would just like to say how much we enjoyed our trip to Pmpei Capri and the Bay of Naples. The best part was the tour guide, her name was Jenny and she was brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble and she was there 24/7. She made everything so interesting and explained everything in detail. We enjoyed every moment of the holiday!

On arrival at Lille, we were met by Robin your tour manager who looked after us from day one, right up to the final day when he stayed with us until the time when we went through Passport Control.
Robin had a great deal of information about the area and was always reday to make suggestions regarding places to eat and drink and sites to visit. Once again thank you for the organisation and also for having such an excellent Tour Manager.

We wish to commend your rep. Jane who really looked after us when Mr Towsey was admitted to hospital during our holiday. She came to the hospital with us when he was admitted and during the three days he was in there she came every day to see him after her duties. Without Jane's support I don't know how we would have coped.

We write to thank you for a well-arranged holiday to Marrakesh. We were particularly impressed with our tour guide Mohammed who proved to be a most erudite and knowledgable spokesman on most things Moroccan and who had a seemingly inexhaustible fund of information on Marrakesh itself.
