Danny Rohl has shortened to a 5/4 second-favourite with Sky Bet to be appointed as the next manager of Leicester City.

Rohl reportedly told his Sheffield Wednesday players that he will be leaving Hillsborough - opening the door for the German to succeed Ruud van Nistelrooy at the King Power Stadium.

Despite shortening in the betting lines since news broke of his reported departure from Sheffield Wednesday, Rohl remains marginally behind Sean Dyche in the market.

At the time of writing - former Everton manager Dyche is a 1/1 favourite to be named Leicester's new boss.

Meanwhile, for those after an outsider - Lee Carsley, Michael Carrick, Gary O'Neil and Liam Rosenior round out the five favourites in the market.

The four candidates above are 5/1, 15/2, 14/1 and 14/1 respectively according to Sky Bet.
