Deadly duo join Barbarians

The Barbarians have added the most dangerous centre partnership in world rugby to their squad for next month's three-match tour of Britain.
Brian O'Driscoll and Gordon D'Arcy, who were instrumental in helping Ireland land their first Triple Crown in 19 years during the 2004 RBS 6 Six Nations, have agreed to play for the invitational side.
British Lions midfielder O'Driscoll is one of the most talented backs in the game while D'Arcy shone throughout the tournament with his dazzling footwork, searing pace and watertight defence.
The 24-year-old Leinster back, still an international novice which just 10 caps to his name, was universally considered player of the championship and his reputation has given him the opportunity to claim another rugby honour.
Long-held ambition
"It has always been an ambition of mine to play for the Baa-baas. Many Irish legends have represented the club before me and it is a great honour to be invited," said D'Arcy.
"Some of the current Irish players have reminisced about their fantastic experiences when playing for the Baa-baas and I am looking forward to competing with international stars from other countries."
This year's tour, which features matches against Scotland, Wales and England, will not be O'Driscoll's first taste of action in the famous black and white jersey.
"I was lucky to obtain my first and only appearance to date for the Barbarians against South Africa in 2000 at the Millennium Stadium, when I only had a handful of caps.
"Playing besides the likes of Lawrence Dallaglio, Carlos Spencer, Chris Latham, Daniel Herbert, Agustin Pichot and Christian Cullen was an awe-inspiring experience at the start of my international career.
"The Barbarian style of play allows for greater space and running opportunities, which any back relishes, so I was thrilled to be invited again."
Irish contingent
Three more of Ireland's Triple Crown heroes have accepted an invitation to join the tour with second row Malcolm O'Kelly, winger Geordan Murphy and fly-half David Humphreys all on board.
A clutch of international stars from the southern hemisphere have already been recruited, including Joe Roff, Matt Burke, Nathan Grey, Corne Krige and Bobby Skinstad.
