Exciting novice hurdler Leslingtaylor will bid to make it a hat-trick over
timber in the Anglo Irish Bank Novices' Hurdle at Haydock on Saturday.
The Grade Two race is registered as the Rossington Main Novices' Hurdle and
was won by Jonjo O'Neill's former high-class performer Rhinestone Cowboy in
2003.

Leslingtaylor won six races on the level and he has made a good start over
hurdles, beating the former Listed performer and subsequent winner Crocodile
Dundee at Musselburgh on his last start.
"All being well, Leslingtaylor will go to Haydock on Saturday," said trainer
John Quinn.
"He's in good form and I'm pleased with him. The form of his last race was
franked and it's always nice to see form standing up.
"He's done nothing wrong - obviously it's a step up in class but we'll see
how he gets on.
"You prefer not to have to run them on very soft ground but he's won on heavy
on the Flat and I don't think there's any option - it's a nice prize to go
for."
Leslingtaylor has been partnered by Graham Lee on both starts to date but
Quinn may be on the lookout for a new pilot as Lee could be required to ride for
Ferdy Murphy at Ascot.
"I'm just waiting to see whether Graham goes to Ascot or not, so jockey plans
are a bit up in the air at the moment but hopefully he can ride him," added
Quinn.
