Tennis: Your guide to the sport that will grace Wimbledon twice this summer

London is used to hosting a a major tennis tournament with Wimbledon taking place each summer.

In 2012 however, the famous courts in SW19 will see more than their fair share of action as the world's best players take part in the Olympic competition just three weeks after the grand slam.

The venue also staged the competition when London first hosted the Olympic Games in 1908, with Great Britain winning all six gold medals.
