Webber rants at below-par car for Hungarian GP, proving Red Bull gives you whinges
Mark Webber launched a blistering attack on his Red Bull team as Lewis Hamilton produced another stunning qualifying lap to take a third successive pole position for Sunday's Hungarian Grand Prix.
Webber, who had to settle for 10th, said: 'KER S, gearbox, you name it; driving the car so far off the potential is unbelievable and so massively frustrating.
face of frustration: Australian Formula One driver Mark Webber
'It's stupid, it's embarrassing and it's a brutal circuit to be out of position. We should be challenging for the front row and we're bloody 10th. So, a pain in the a***.'
There were no such issues for Hamilton, who is going for his fourth Hungarian Grand Prix win.
He said: 'I was really surprised when they said I was on pole. I was expecting Seb (Vettel) to get it because he had shown serious pace before.'
An uphill battle: The Red Bull car is not pleasing Mark Webber
Gracious in defeat, Vettel conceded: 'Lewis did an exceptional job today.'
Webber's woes were shared by McLaren's Jenson Button and Force India's Paul di Resta, who both suffered from a lack of grip, meaning they start 13th and 18th respectively.
