Fulham owner Mohamed Al Fayed has accused the Premier League of selling itself short, despite the new £2.1billion media rights deal which begins next season.
Even the bottom side in the Premiership will earn around £30m - the equivalent to the prize money awarded to champions Manchester United this year - but Al Fayed said: "Everyone wants to watch Premier League football but the Premier League management are selling us short."
