Anthony Joshua is back in the familiar surroundings of the gym, locked down in his latest camp following the announcement of his title defence against Kubrat Pulev.
Joshua will fight Pulev, his mandatory IBF challenger, at Cardiff's Principality Stadium in October after he unified the division with an 11th-round stoppage of Wladimir Klitschko back in April.
But Joshua is taking no liberties when it comes to preparing for his next bout and will take his same methodical approach to training this time around.

Joshua has looks determined in training as he repeats he has 'a goal and a target'
'Now I'm champion, I've got to approach these next training camps as if I'm not a champion,' Joshua said in an Under Armour advert.
'Always keep that mentality, so you can never lose your hunger along the way.
'Boxing isn't just a sport, it's a lifestyle. And you know that hustle, that grind, it's a decision you make — because it's just you.
'I've got a goal and I've got a target. It's just about winning this fight right now.'
Joshua was initially set for a Las Vegas fight against Klitschko this November in a rematch of their Wembley blockbuster earlier this year.

But following the Ukrainian's retirement, the 27-year-old Watford bruiser will now defend his belts against the dangerous Pulev.
And Sean Murphy, a coach at Finley and District Amateur Boxing Club and the man Joshua credits for putting him on the path to boxing greatness, warned the Bulgarian: 'He's a nice person — but when he's got to turn it on, people get hurt.'
The Joshua-Pulev fight will take place at Cardiff's Principality Stadium on October 28.
