It's a Goldenballs-up!

His nickname is Goldenballs, but there was nothing golden about David Beckham's ball control during a Real Madrid training session.

The England captain's infamous ball control deserted him during a warm-up, as he smashed the ball into his own face - much to the amusement of team-mate Ronaldo, who was left in hysterics.

It appears the midfielder wasn't seriously hurt or even marked after the incident - which will come as a relief to Beckham's mult-million sponsors, who pay handsomely for his 'pretty face'. Although it's unlikely Adidas will be using the video clip in its next advertising campaign.
