The 20-year-old defender has impressed this season and drawn a host of admirers.
He is keen on a move to the Premier League and would cost Spurs around £1million.
Meanwhile Spurs reserves played out a 1-1 with rivals Arsenal at Barnet.

Tottenham's reserve coach Clive Allen told the club's official website: "You have to respect Arsenal's ability and I thought we did that, the lads knew they had to work hard off the ball so they closed down, pressurised and even the best players find it difficult to play under pressure. Our workrate in that respect was excellent.
"Overall, I was very pleased with the performance and a little disappointed we didn't go on to win the game."
