Lizzo's appearance comes amid her weight loss, which she opened up about on TikTok this week.
She explained that she shed pounds by avoiding sugary foods she used to regularly indulge in.
She broke her Starbucks habit, she said, which included drinking 'two to three' large drinks a day.
The singer estimated the beverages accounted for about 1200 calories in her daily diet.
Lizzo said she still has sweets, but is more mindful of what they are.
'I do something sweet. It's gotta be with some sort of carb. I'll have almond butter and toast. Everybody's body is different. Find out what works for you,' she said.

In early April she was a guest on Jay Shetty's On Purpose podcast, where she referred to her body transformation as a 'weight release journey'.
Addressing her shrinking frame, she declared: 'I have been on an intentional weight release journey.'
The singer said about her fans' shocked reaction to her slimmer figure: 'I put it on the Internet. I posted about it, and I think over the last year and a half, as I've been doing it, my body has been changing - very slowly - but I don't think people were paying attention.'
She continued: 'I was still very anti-fatphobia on this entire journey. But I think that we gotta remember: everybody's not seeing your s*** all the time, everybody's not seeing every video you post, everybody's not privy to what you're going through.'
