For many people, a few minutes without your phone nearby can feel like a lifetime.
If your phone addiction is becoming too much, there's good news – help is at hand.
The world's first 'chastity belt for your phone' has been unveiled, which promises to 'protect you from temptation.'
The bizarre device is the brainchild of men's health app, The Coach, and is set to go on sale for $100 (£78).
'You lock it over your phone and give the key to someone you trust,' explained Lindsay Stevens, a spokesperson for The Coach. 'It protects you from temptation.'

Chastity belts were devices worn by women in the Middle Ages to prevent both unwanted advances and sexual temptation.
The Coach took inspiration from these devices, albeit with a modern spin.
Rather than being worn by women, the new chastity belt locks across the face of your phone and is secured with a key, which can then be given to someone you trust.
Unlike traditional phone cases which come in different sizes to fit different models, the chastity belt features leather straps which can be adjusted to suit your device.
The first version is designed for smartphones, but The Coach says that other versions are a possibility in the future.

'The Coach has also commissioned versions of the design suitable for both laptops and desktops, while the version for your phone will be available in both 'landscape' [wider than tall] and 'portrait' [taller than wide] formats,' it explained

The new devices are expected to retail for around $100 (£78).
'At this stage, however, The Coach is simply testing the market by unveiling a product video and images and gauging reaction,' the team added.
The launch comes shortly after a poll revealed that British adults are more addicted to using their phones than those in France, Germany and America.
A representative poll of 8,000 people suggests that 44 per cent of adults in the UK look at their phone every hour, compared to 29 per cent in France, 25 per cent in Germany and 41 per cent in America.
The study, conducted by the More In Common think tank, also found that 14 per cent of adult Brits go no longer than 15 minutes without checking their phones.
