A block of flats going up in south London is hoping to hook in health-conscious home buyers by offering them a rooftop shrine to wellbeing and relaxation. The HiLight development is being built on the site of a former candle factory in Battersea, on the banks of the Thames. It will have, according to property developer Ghelamco, the capital's first residential rooftop to offer a 'dedicated suite of private amenities' aimed at helping residents feel zen or work on their 'toxin elimination.' work, residents at the block will be able to enjoy IV-drip infusions to order in their flat. Residents willing to go the extra step for the sake of their wellbeing will be able to zoom up to the rooftop for a vitamin C-infused shower, some 'functional mushroom drinks and vitamin gummies', an ice bath or some time in an infrared or salt therapy sauna pod. The block of flats will also have 'wellness pods' and a 'grounding area'.
