10.17am: The driver of the U-Haul truck struck a 36-year-old man near 4th avenue and 55th street in Brooklyn's Sunset Park. The victim was hospitalized in stable condition with a leg injury

10.29am: A 34-year-old man was struck in Bay Ridge. He suffered injuries to his chest and was taken to the hospital. He is expected to recover

10.31am: A 30-year-old man was struck near the Bay Ridge Parkway. He is expected to recover from a leg injury

10.36am: A 51-year-old man was struck also near the Bay Ridge Parkway. He suffered head injuries and was taken to the hospital, where police say he is recovering

10.48am: A 44-year-old man suffered critical injuries to his head after being struck near the parkway and 5th Avenue. He later succumbed to those injuries in the hospital

10.50am: Another man was struck near the parkway. The 38-year-old was taken to the hospital with injuries to his ankle

11.05am: A 33-year-old police officer and 32-year-old man were struck near 72nd and 3rd avenue in Bay Ridge. The officer suffered leg injuries, while the other victim suffered injuries to his head and chest.

11.05am: One block away, the oldest of the victims, a 66-year-old man, was struck. He is recovering after injuring his neck and knee.

11.30am: The truck is surrounded on a corner between Red Hook and Carroll Gardens, where the driver is taken into custody
