We've all had an itch we can't quite scratch, but in the absence of hands you need to know how to improvise.
This clever cow found a quick solution, using a tree branch to relieve the annoying itch on a farm in Tasmania.
The farmer, who took the video, said that usually cows are able to utilise their long tongues but that just wasn't cutting on this occasion.
In the video the cow finds a reasonably sized branch and sets to work.
'We just happened to be walking up the lane way when we came across her,' the farmer said.
'No idea how long she’d been at it before we arrived, but we think she finally got herself sorted.'
