A skeleton found in South Australia is believed to be the body of Jarred Mueller, who has been missing since 1999.
The remains were discovered in scrubland near Port Lincoln by two men who notified police on Wednesday.
Police says circumstances surround Mr Mueller's death are not suspicious and have contacted his next of kin.

They added that it could take several months to officially confirm if the remains are Mr Mueller's.
Officer in charge of Eyre Western Local Service Area Superintendent Paul Bahr said identification of the man could not yet be confirmed.
'Forensic response have attended the area yesterday and a report will be prepared for the coroner,' he said.

Mr Mueller disappeared in early June of 1999 at the age of 28 and has featured in a series of appeals.
The missing man was last seen at his father's house after his car broke down.
His sister Toni Mueller said in 2013 that the information about her brother's disappearance was limited.
'Lots of people don't want to get involved, they'll tell someone what they know but they won't tell the police,' she told the Port Lincoln Times.
