Hunt for double murder suspects who 'shot one victim dead and kidnapped and tortured second'... but police believe say pair 'may be DEAD'
- First victim, a 28-year-old man, was shot dead in Coventry in March this year
- Police fear a second man was then kidnapped, killed and dumped in woodland
- Detectives have now released pictures of two suspects wanted over the killings
Two prime suspects in the disappearance of a man feared kidnapped, tortured and killed were today named as the Midlands' most wanted.
Johnny Robbins, 33, has never been found since he vanished on March 31.
Cops probing his suspected killing today released images of key suspects -and believe they are also linked to the murder of another man in Coventry.
Daniel Shaw, 28, was gunned down in the Tile Hill area of the city on March 25.
Ben Whyley and Ryan Hobday, both 29 and from Coventry were today both named as suspects by West Midlands Police. They have not been seen since the time of the murders.
Police say they have either deliberately taken themselves 'off the radar' or have also been killed.

Detective Chief Inspector Chris Mallett from West Midlands Police said: 'We know Johnny Robbins was taken to Daniel Shaw's home in Torrington Avenue and that their murders are linked.
'I'd urge anyone who saw or heard anything suspicious in the vicinity of 368 Torrington Avenue between Wednesday 21 March and Sunday 25 March who hasn't already spoken to us, to get in touch.'
Cops believe a burnt-out car, recovered from a rural road in nearby Kenilworth, is linked to Mr Robbins' disappearance.
A white 1 series BMW was discovered by the entrance to Crackley Woods on Thursday 22 March.
DCI Mallett added: 'Possibly linked to this BMW, is Johnny's dog which was found by members of the public in Crackley Lane on Friday 23 March. We want to know how the dog got there.'
Police say they have hit a wall of silence from people in Tile Hill who know what has happened to Mr Robbins.

Mr Robbins' dog Rogan was discovered wandering Crackley Woods, in nearby Kenilworth, Warkwickshire, days after his disappearance.
Officers have released CCTV of a man who may be a vital witness.
They urged information to be provided to help the victims' 'devastated' families.
DCI Mallett added: 'Many are too frightened to come forward and tell us these things in a way that will allow us to arrest and convict the murderers and those who conspired with them to kill Daniel and Johnny.
'I understand that you may be scared to come forward and provide this information but I can help you do it in a way that protects you and your families.
'Daniel and Johnny's families are devastated. They need answers and I need your help to get those answers and justice for them.
'I have a dedicated team of detectives working on this investigation, but I need the community of Coventry to stand up to those causing fear and intimidation where you live and stop this from happening again.
'Two innocent men have lost their lives in the most horrific circumstances, please do the right thing and get in touch.'
