- Lucy Harris claims she was called 'thick and racist' by fellow passenger on tube

- She is now embroiled in furious spat with lawyer Todd Foreman who was hit back
An outspoken Leave supporter has hit out at a man on the London Underground who she claims called her 'thick and racist' for wearing a bag supporting Brexit.
Lucy Harris posted a withering Twitter response to a passenger who 'verbally abused' her on a Northern Line tube because she was holding a bag with the slogan 'The EU is not my bag'.
Ms Harris, a Brexiteer and founder of the pro-Brexit group Leavers of London, accompanied her post with a picture of the man who has identified himself as Todd Foreman.
The 27-year-old is now embroiled in a furious social media spat with Remainer Mr Foreman who denied harassing her and said they were engaged in a friendly debate.

Ms Harris wrote: 'This morning I was aggressively declared a racist & thick in front of a whole carriage of people in a sustained fit of aggressive harrassment - for wearing this bag by this man. I am not scared to stick up for my democratic vote. I will not be shut down. #Proudtovoteleave'
Ms Harris confirmed she had reported the incident to the British Transport Police, adding: 'He said he was a lawyer and demanded my name - which of course I replied - its Lucy Harris.'
'I will not be bullied. #Proudtovoteleave'
Fans leapt in to support her, including Talk Radio Breakfast Show presenter Julia Hartley-Brewer who tweeted: 'Ooh, I must remember to carry my bag tomorrow then.'

But Mr Foreman, who says he is a 'Staunch Europhile, American-British, Londoner, lawyer' was quick to respond.
He told Ms Harris on Twitter: 'I didn’t harass you, you engaged in conversation with me and I would have stopped if you had asked me to. Very happy to discuss the matter with the police.
'Nor will I be bullied, on social media or in public places. Again, you seemed quite happy to discuss Brexit with me on the tube, I would have stopped if you had asked me to do so.
'You continued to speak with me for the whole journey. Again, I would have stopped debating you if you had asked.
'I am indeed very concerned, I wish the future was bright. Lucy’s bag invited debate and we are lucky to have free speech in the UK. But I did not harass her as she suggests and would have stopped conversing with her had she asked me to do so.'
