In a video, obtained by 7 News, a man is seen confronting a cyclist wearing lycra and a helmet.

The man hits the bike, which is leaning against a pole, before setting on the cyclist.
The cyclist puts his hands up and slowly backs away from the axe wielding man.
The man eventually turns around and walks away.
