Last updated at 00:01 25 January 2008
After a gloomy winter Welford Park in Berkshire is a sight to lift the spirits. The park is covered in a blanket of six million snowdrops.
Snowdrops are a signal of the approach of spring. The park is annually carpeted in the seasonal flowers.
Welford Park is private grounds but traditionally opens its doors every year for visitors to admire the Snowdrop woods. This year they are open from Tuesday to March 2.
