A stowaway mouse was caught on camera scampering through the business lounge of Heathrow Terminal Five; BA has promised a more rigorous approach to 'uninvited guests' in future.
Shocked British Airways customer Mathew Beavis filmed the rodent dashing along the floor between seats while he waited for his flight.
He posted the unusual footage on Twitter and said: 'Come on @British_Airways. This isn't what you expect to see in the business lounge!'
A BA spokesperson could clearly see the humour in the situation and replied: 'Our lounge admissions policy is very strict, so we are sorry this little traveller got in under the radar.
'We've asked our team to make sure uninvited guests don't get past the door in future.'
