This is the horrifying moment a car smashed into an ambulance after paramedics drove through a red light in the rain.
In the 47-second video the ambulance is seen running the red light before it collides with the car, causing it to flip on its side.
The footage was uploaded to Dash Cam Owners Australia Facebook page by another motorists who can be heard swearing as he watches the smash.

'What the f**k?,' the driver can be heard saying in the background.
'F***king ambulance (is) going across the red light.'
As the ambulance flips after being run down by a car, the driver yells and says: 'The car has just run into it.
'And the ambulance is now on its side.
'Nope, I've got to get out mate,' he says.
He is then seen leaving his vehicle to check on the ambulance driver.
The clip has since had over 2,000 shares and 1,900 likes since it was uploaded on Wednesday.
The clip was shot at Kessel Road in Queensland on September 27.
No one was hurt in the incident.
