Motorists in China have been left baffled after authorities placed dozens of speed bumps just a few feet apart from each other on a quiet road.
One driver, who has not been named, filmed himself as he tried to manoeuvre along the road, in Beijing, this week.
In the short clip he can be heard jokingly making a noise every time he goes over a bump.

But bosses at the local council have hit back, saying the road is not meant to be used by the public - and was instead designed specifically for the testing of military devices and vehicles including tanks and armoured cars.
A spokeswoman said that normally army personnel are at the site guarding the stretch of road while testing is taking place, but added that they are not around at other quiet times.
She added that there 'is not much' they can do if other motorists decide to use the road at other times.
