They paled at the thought of facing life alone.
And thanks to the efforts of animal lovers, these albino hedgehogs won't ever go their separate ways.
The pink-eyed brother and sister were found curled up in a garden in Gorleston-on-Sea, Norfolk.

They are being cared for at nearby Hopton Hedgehog Rescue Centre.
One in 10,000 hedgehogs is albino but two from the same litter are even rarer.
The pair will never have to fend for themselves.
Staff say they are too vulnerable to live in the wild.
