The man being tied up can be seen wearing camouflage pants, a white tank top and black socks because the construction workers removed the man's shoes.

The construction workers called the police but decided to enact their own form of crime and punishment.
The man said that he wasn't scared while the construction workers continue to tie him up.

The same construction worker continued and claimed that they 'weren't going to beat him down' because 'everyone could see'.
At this point the man said he 'wasn't breaking into nothing'.
The man then goes silent and avoids making eye contact with the construction workers as they finish tying his arm to the metal pole.
At one point of the construction workers claims that the man is lucky they 'didn't beat him down'
The accused maintains his innocence and asserts that he was 'just checking it out'
