In June, Ms Riley cracked up with laughter when a contestant spelled out the word 'vaginas'.
She seemed to know the rude word was coming as she furtively suppressed her giggles while arranging the vowels and consonants on the board.
But when a competitor bit the bullet and declared 'vaginas' with a deadpan expression, the blonde beauty could not help but erupt into peals of guilty laughter.
When Countdown's host Nick Hewer asked for the players' words as the clock struck hard on 30 seconds, the seven-letter word came up trumps.
Nick asked Dictionary Corner's Susie Dent and guest Jimmy Osmond if they had anything better.
But singer Jimmy quipped: 'I think that about does it,' as the audience and Rachel burst out laughing.
