A man has been arrested in connection with the death of an 18-month-old boy who was struck by a car outside his home.
The man, understood to be a taxi driver, is being questioned after the child was run over by a vehicle which was reversing in Lime Tree Square, in the Saltaire area of Shipley, West Yorkshire.
Neighbours said the driver dropped the family off after a shopping trip on Saturday.
West Yorkshire Police have not yet formally identified the boy, but he was named locally as Joshua Bentley, the parents' only child.
