A thief has been jailed for more than two years after stealing a £45,000 customised car belonging to Dragons' Den star, Theo Paphitis.
David Cook drove off in the Land Rover Defender, which bears the licence plate 'TW11TER', after stealing it from outside the home of the entrepreneur's chauffeur.
The 31-year-old was jailed for two years and eight months following the 'creeper burglary' in Edenbridge, Kent, in August last year.
Cook, from St Paul's Cray, Kent, admitted burglary and theft when he appeared at Maidstone Crown Court last week.
He was jailed for nine months for the burglary, 20 months concurrent for theft and 12 months consecutive for breach of a suspended sentence.
Following the theft last summer, the star's chauffeur Michael Brown took to social media to appeal for help in finding the car

Cypriot-born Mr Phaphitis, 57, lives in Weybridge, Surrey, where he is a keen collector of cars.

Following the theft last summer, his chauffeur Michael Brown took to social media to appeal for help in finding the car.
He wrote on Twitter: 'It's been a week now since TW11TER was stolen from Edenbridge Kent. No sightings since 14.00 on Friday 5th August.'
