An accused murderer walked out of his home in his underpants saying 'I told you so' moments after it blew up and killed a woman.
The man was arrested at the weekend on suspicion of causing the blast which left Karin E, 36, dead in Dortmund in the district of Hörde.
It is understood the explosion, which also injured three other people, was caused by gas.

The man is being investigated for one count of murder and three counts of attempted murder, but police are waiting to question him due to him being in a life-threatening condition.
Even though he was able to walk from the house, his lawyer Sandra Lücke said he fighting for his life.
Police were called to the flat early on Friday morning due to the man's raucous behaviour.
When he refused to let officers in, they warned him that they would force their way in if he did not keep the noise down.
A couple of hours later, the house blew up, leaving a gaping hole in the building.
The explosion ripped the attic and two upper floors of the building and tonnes of debris was launched onto the street below.

Neighbours have described there being problems with the suspect's demeanour in the past and one told Bild: 'Sometimes he threatened our children with a wooden sword.
'At other times he sent murder threats out of the blue, or said that he would blow up the house.
'Police were often there because he was either running riot or causing unbearable noise.'
It is thought the man is mentally ill and on February 21 he was taken into psychiatric care before being released in the middle of March.
His mother is thought to have been helping him around the house after he was discharged.

The man is said to have been mentally ill, and his mother supposedly often visited him to help him around the house.
He was also reportedly under supervision for his condition.
On February 21st of this year he was taken into psychiatric care, but was released in the middle of March.
The explosion took place on Friday morning, and ripped a large hole in the family apartment building.
It destroyed the attic and both of the two upper floors of the building in the district of Hörde.
Tonnes of debris was thrown onto the street, but no pedestrians were injured.
The police are currently guarding the building against looters, as authorities start a clear-up of the building and street.
