Two Halifax men charged under terror laws

Two men were tonight charged under the Terrorism Act following their arrest in early morning raids last week.
The two were held in Halifax, West Yorkshire last Tuesday.
Rizwan Ditta, 29, of Royd Terrace, is charged with 13 offences under the Act, and Mohammed Dilal, 25, of Thrum Hall Close, faces two charges.
They will appear before City of Westminster Magistrates' Court tomorrow, Scotland Yard said.
