A Russian daredevil has left viewers squirming with his heart-stopping morning workout - on the ledge of a towering skyscraper.
Notorious thrill-seeker Oleg Sherstyachenko performed pull-ups and running jumps with ease at the dizzying height.
The social media sensation, 25, left astonished fans fearing for his safety as he even managed a sweat-inducing headstand at the very edge of the building.

Sherstyachenko, who first started doing parkour aged 14, shared the terrifying video with his 475,000 Instagram followers.
His fans flocked to praise him - and express their concern for his safety.
'Every video crazier than the others. Keep up the good work,' one wrote.
'Seriously stop doing this. You can if you want but you have a fan base full of kids that will try to copy you. They will see you do it easily and do it themselves,' another warned.
The daredevil is known for his wince-inducing stunts - and last year jumped between gaps in a high-rise apartment building in Hong Kong and walked along narrow ledges.

Sherstyachenko said he wasn't scared because he has done rooftopping on higher buildings.
He told MailOnline: 'Of course there was adrenaline but I wouldn't say I was scared.
'As you can imagine each climb is challenging since you have to be very precise and careful. This was probably my biggest challenge, especially on the building in Moscow.'
In previous videos, the daring stuntman has ridden a hoverboard on the edge of a skyscraper in Dubai and dangled from cranes or buildings in Russia.
One astonishing clip showed him doing a backflip on the roof of Dubai's 101-storey Princess Tower.
Sherstyachenko said he is planning to do more climbs in Dubai, Hong Kong and Brazil in the near future.
